Caden L. Butler

Caden has been practicing law since 2010. He practices in the estate planning, real estate, business law and transactional law areas of practices. Caden graduated in May of 2009 with a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Kansas School of Law. Prior to law school, Caden graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science with a Minor in Business in May of 2006.

C. Charles Ault-Duell

Charlie has been practicing law since 2008. He primarily represents civil litigants in all areas of law, including persons who have been injured in farm, home, and automobile accidents. Before joining the firm, Charlie served as an assistant Saline County Attorney, where he gained considerable experience as both a trial and appellate litigator. He has prosecuted hundreds of adult felony and misdemeanor crimes, DUI and traffic tickets, juvenile offender and child in need of care matters, and involuntary commitments. He tried several cases to jury verdict, and many of his appellate cases resulted in published opinions.
