Frank C. Norton
Frank had been practicing law since 1956. As one of the founding attorneys, he worked in a wide variety of practice areas including estates, land or other property, helped business with plans and other operational matters. Frank’s commitment to the firm has set a precedent for dedication, and honest representation to the Salina, KS, and North Central, Northwest, Southwest Kansas communities. He will be deeply missed.
Kenneth W. Wasserman
Ken has been practicing law since 1972. He works in the areas of planning estates; writing wills and trusts; probating wills; elder law; assisting persons or others who are purchasing homes, land or other property; setting up business organizations; and working on business planning and operational matters. Ken has also had extensive experience with zoning and land use issues, agricultural matters, commercial and banking transactions, and tax issues.
Robert S. Jones
Bob has been practicing law since 1976. He works in the area of representing individuals going through divorces or with other family law or adoption problems. He represents individuals who have been injured in accidents or otherwise damaged and businesses in business litigation of all types. Bob has had considerable experience in disputes regarding health care providers.
Norman R. Kelly
Norman has been practicing law since 1980. He represents individuals who have been injured in farm, home, and automobile accidents, and/or as the result of the use of products, medical, malpractice, or substandard nursing home care. He has made many significant recoveries for his clients (including many in the millions) through settlement and/or jury trial. He has a proven ability to timely investigate, work up, and try cases of this nature to a jury, if needed, to obtain the maximum possible results. He also prides himself on keeping his clients informed at all steps of the claim and litigation process. Norman has significant experience in obtaining recoveries for victims of discrimination and work-related injuries.
Robert A. Martin
Bob has been practicing law since 1994. He primarily represents civil litigants in family, real estate, contested probate, construction, business, and commercial litigation. He also represents persons who have been injured in accidents.
Brendan J. Burke
Brendan has been practicing law since 2007. Brendan works in all areas of litigation, including primarily family law and domestic relations. Brendan also serves as a Guardian Ad Litem in various court matters. Brendan also works in the area of insurance defense and other general civil litigation.
Caden L. Butler
Caden has been practicing law since 2010. He practices in the estate planning, real estate, business law and transactional law areas of practices. Caden graduated in May of 2009 with a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Kansas School of Law. Prior to law school, Caden graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science with a Minor in Business in May of 2006.
Chaz A. Coberly
Chaz has been practicing law since 2017. Chaz works in the areas of tax, estate planning, real estate, and business transactions. Chaz graduated in May of 2015 with a Juris Doctor degree from Washburn University School of Law. Prior to law school, Chaz graduated from Wichita State University with a Bachelor of General Studies in Physics and a Minor in Mathematics in 2012.
